Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Nextrobic Technologies products and services. Subscribing to any product means you accept them.
1. The service
We provide access to the subscribed product as a hosted service, including the admin portal, the user portal, updates and the support level attached to your plan. Features may change as products develop; we will not remove a material feature from a paid plan without 60 days' notice.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account details and for the actions of users you invite.
- Credentials must not be shared outside your organisation.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to store or transmit unlawful material, to attempt to breach its security, to resell access without a written partner agreement, or to reverse-engineer the software.
4. Fees and billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected term, in the currency of your country.
- Prices exclude taxes, which are applied where legally required.
- Upgrades apply immediately with a pro-rata credit; downgrades apply at the end of the current term.
- Unpaid accounts are suspended after 14 days' notice and deleted after a further 60 days.
5. Your data
Your data remains yours. You may export it at any time while the subscription is active. We process it only to deliver the service, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Availability
Target availability and support response times are set out in the service level agreement. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and scheduled outside business hours where possible.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the affected product in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Termination
Either party may decline to renew at the end of a term. We may suspend the service for a material breach of these terms after written notice and a reasonable chance to fix it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gujarat having jurisdiction, unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise.
