Privacy policy
This policy explains what Nextrobic Technologies collects when you use our website and products, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
- Details you give us. Name, work email, phone number, company and the content of any message you send through the website.
- Account data. When you subscribe to a product, the account and configuration data you enter into that product.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and to understand which pages are useful.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the service you asked for.
- To operate, secure and improve the products you subscribe to.
- To send service notices — outages, security advisories and billing. These are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while your subscription is active.
- To send product updates, only if you subscribed to them. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link.
Where your data lives
Customer data is stored on cloud infrastructure in the region assigned to your account. Enterprise customers may specify a region or an on-premise deployment. We do not sell customer data, and we do not use it to train third-party models.
Sub-processors
We use a small set of infrastructure and communication providers — cloud hosting, email delivery and payment processing. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. The current list is available on request.
Retention
- Website enquiries: kept for 24 months, then deleted.
- Trial workspaces: kept for 30 days after the trial ends, then deleted.
- Subscription data: kept for the life of the subscription plus 90 days, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@nextrobic.in and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, those rights apply in full.
Cookies
The website uses a session cookie required for form security, and — if enabled — a single analytics cookie that records page visits in aggregate. No advertising cookies are set.
